Micheal was excellent. He was very kind and worked with me on the price of my tires. Which I appreciated. The wait times were very long. Just for a programming of a replace He was very kind and worked with me on the price of my tires. Which I appreciated. The wait times were very long. Just for a programming of a replacement key fob I was quoted 2 hours. I also needed two tires and a programming of software which took a total of 6 hours. I find this to be a huge ask for the customer to wait that long. Also the waiting area is wide open in the dealership where you can over hear conversations from the employees. I understand most customers live in the surrounding areas but I didn’t have that option as I am one car household. More
