I went in for a standard oil change through the express service. When I got there they said they don't do express anymore and I would have to make an appointment. I made an appointment for the following da service. When I got there they said they don't do express anymore and I would have to make an appointment. I made an appointment for the following day and was told an oil change would take a couple hours. Then tried to get upsold on a service I didn't need. The real reason I will never be coming back to this service center is because while my car was getting serviced, I got a call that the technician wanted to replace my windshield wipers because they were old. Funny because I replaced them all the previous week. I get they are constantly trying to upsell, but that caused a loss of trust and I don't think when there is something actually wrong with my car they will tell me the truth instead of telling me a lie to get me to pay more. Ridiculous. More
Poor customer service, poor communication skills, and fails to operate in a timely manner.
