After my most recent visit to Prestige Volkswagen the answer is a big YES! After doing a full inspection of my car a large oil leak was found that Service Advisor, Frank Silva helped get covered for only my $50 deductible. Frank even helped set me up with a rental car and completed the job on time as promised. Thanks again to Frank and the entire staff of Prestige VW. I'll be back!! More

dishonest unreliable wrong parctices PRESTIGE VW. Beware when you buy a 2nd hand VW from this dealership. They do not service cars, do not meet Certification codes and lie about it and PRESTIGE VW. Beware when you buy a 2nd hand VW from this dealership. They do not service cars, do not meet Certification codes and lie about it and ,when confronted ,are not willing to rectify. I bought a CERTIFIED 2012 21,000 miles Passat. Car looked great, processing transaction was no problem. BUT within a few weeks I realized they cut corners did not meet the strict certification-codes (!) as they should have , nor serviced the car according to schedule ( or even oil change !) before sale. Put myself at safety risk and car at risk of damage. Here is what happened: A punctured tire replacement ( after 3 weeks) led to routine 26-point inspection that discovered that the BREAK PADS are only at 3mm thick . 3mm is minimum and half of what they should have been in order to qualify certification (6mm) . PRESTIGE were obligated to replace pads before sale, they violated certification code , lied about it in Certification sheet, and now pads need immediate replacement (at $500-600 cost). This is not all, further was discovered that they never serviced the car to its next schedule ( imagine, not even oil change let alone the full schedule) which they were expected to do by norm and by their written commitments and emails (i.e 'you have 10,000 or 1yr peace of mind etc' blatant lies that is). in short only few weeks after buying a CERTIFIED car from PRESTIGE I have to drop over $1000-1500 extra, to bring it to the schedule and code it should have been at when sold. That is outrageous . and mind you, only incidentally was this discovered , I could have gone the whole year and not know about it, it could have led to safety hazard (breaks) and/or damage to car ( scheduled maintenance) btw, I did not only contact PRESTIGE ( asked them to rectify/fix 'omissions') I did also contact VW about that.They asked for documentation ( I sent them the VW mechanic's reports, signed inspections, Prestige false certification sheet as well as PRESTIGE emails with their promises commitments and therefore lies etc) ; the VW case officer agreed with me, but here is the thing, VW cannot force it on the independent franchise, only 'mediate' the case. PRESTIGE avoided the obvious : offer to rectify their 'mistakes' 'errors' (or lie) whichever they would choose to call it. It is mind boggling that they can get away with that !, unless I will go the extra mile( s) and take them to court. ridiculous. advice: BEWARE of this dealership practices!. More

I was a owner of a VW passat in 2013 and at that time the service writers Dealing with Alfredo and the girl which I don't know her name is ridiculous. I was a owner of a VW passat in 2013 and at that time the service writers were other people. The service writers in 2013 knew warranties with out asking and recalls. Now I own a Jetta and went to get a scan for faults and called previously for information. I've spoke to Alfredo in the past and asked about warranty extensions and he had told me there wasn't one for my car. I called a different VW and they asked for my vin and told me what Alfredo should have weeks ago. So that explains it... The two service writers now don't even consider looking into information to right a wrong. They can't give an estimated time on waiting for a service to be done. I recommend the sales people which are very down too earth, but as far as Alfredo and the other service writer, the girl. There are of no help. Frank Silva is the only service writer that can be reliable. More
