I really like this dealership. I bought my last few cars from them. After 5 years of having a regular Prius I decided I wanted something bigger so I could fit suitcases in it when I bought my last few cars from them. So I traded in my Prius for Prius V and I bought a brand new and it was great and after 10 years it didn't start one day and I knew it was probably the battery. AAA jump started it and it worked but I still made a service appointment knowing that the battery was probably on its way out. I used to get a new car every 5 years but I love the Prius V because I get the greatest mileage and if anything goes wrong they fix it at Prestige Toyota. Having my battery get weaker and weaker is the only thing that ever happened in this car for the last 10 years and they tested it and said yes one of the cells is bad you definitely need a new battery in my car was ready in 3 hours. I dealt with a guy named Mo and he was very nice and kept in touch with me to let me know when they were looking at it and when it would be ready. I bought my cars here and I service my cars here. The girl who helped me named Emily was extremely sweet at the desk and even helped me fill out the form when I left my keys in the overnight box because I got there in the evening.r if you buy a car here you will be very happy or if you bought a car elsewhere and service it here you will be very happy. Extremely nice staff and they do have a very large waiting area if you decide you want to wait for your car but I just had a relative follow me over so I could do other things at home while they changed my battery. More
