Gabe was so nice as a salesman, Isaac was amazing explaining best financing and to help learn about electronics, Ember was always there to explain and troubleshoot. I had a weird problem after 2 weeks that got solved with a lot of support and help from the service department and both Gabe and Ember helped me so much and made sure it was resolved. Has Gone downhill! They do not listen. I have explained to them 4X all on separate visits. It's about tire rotation. They fill he tires then rotate them, so we end up w They do not listen. I have explained to them 4X all on separate visits. It's about tire rotation. They fill he tires then rotate them, so we end up with the WRONG pressure in the front and rear tires. Ive spoken to service mgrs and advisors, ( ofcourse ether is high turnover, wonder why) they say they will tell them and keep doing it wrong. People , rotate the tires THEN FILL THEM ,is that so difficult ?? More

Serivice was EXTREMLY rude to us upon calling about a used vehicle we bought recently from their dealership. I was so taken back by their attitude and negativity after having such a positive experience f used vehicle we bought recently from their dealership. I was so taken back by their attitude and negativity after having such a positive experience from them in sales. It seemed like their answer was come in pay and shut up. I highly doubt after this experience that I will ever refer Prestige or buy another Subaru from them. Very disappointed. More
