Wonderful Experience We began our journey to discover the Subaru after owning our last car for 9 years. We had been to another Subaru dealer but felt no connection and received little personal attention. We first contacted Prestige in late July, on line. We received a call back within a few minutes and our questions were answered and we made an appointment to talk to someone in person. When we arrived, Larry Werner met us at the door, introduced himself and welcomed us with a no pressure conversation that led us to our new 2016 Outback. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient and in no rush to push us into a decision. We are now driving our new car and loving it. We continue to be in contact with Larry Werner by email regarding questions and appointments. He continues to make sure we know not to hesitate if we need anything, he will help. But Enrique and the manager listened our budget limitation with smiles, and they tried about 5 times to find car finance company that fits our budget. They didn't pressure us at all. We are comfortable to express our needs. It was much more easier process than I thought and best buying a car experience. I still cannot believe I have my dream car. Too good to be true! Almost... But it it true! I'm driving Subaru! My husband and I appreciate Enrique and Prestige Subaru. We will be back for next car and refer my friends to go there. More
