The deal process took 6 hours. They then rushed us through the signing process. We will not do business with this dealership in the future. Beware and be careful. More

Tom was wonderful Overall our experience was 5 stars. It took us a couple months to decide if we wanted to go with a Suburu or another car. Tom Toppi was very patient and didn't keep calling us every day. We were very happy with Tom. 6 cyl. Outbacks usually are not on the lot. They normally have to be ordered but we didn't want to wait the 8-12 weeks for delivery. Tom looked around at other dealerships and found the Outback in the color we wanted. It arrived in 2=3 weeks. Then Tom sent us into Brian Smith who was with finance. He explained the extended warranty and we decided not to take it. He would not take no for an answer and called us frugal. We did not take the extended warranty mostly because we just wanted to leave his office. When somebody doesn't want something, please don't push it. We love our Outback and we would recommend Tom to our friends. Good job Tom. More

It was Antonio's day off and he was calling me from the golf course! He resolved the problem and I was very happy. Brian, the financial officer, was helpful and made me feel I had made the correct decision and was not pressing me on any extras. I'm old enough to remember the "rubber hose" treatments to buy this or that car or program in days past (not necessarily at Prestige).
