I put a complaint in to Mr. Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he woul Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he would see that it was handled. He then got Bill Abrams involved (service manager) who got the radio and within two weeks from the email it was installed. It works great!
