A couple of days following coolant system service that was performed by Prestige's service department, I visually inspected the coolant level in the expansion tank and found it completely empty. This tank was performed by Prestige's service department, I visually inspected the coolant level in the expansion tank and found it completely empty. This tank should never be empty. I sent a letter addressed directly to Mr. Chris Zanger regarding this matter and never so much as receive any acknowledgement. From this experience I very hesitant to ever do business with this dealership again or recommend them to it. The service that was performed was due to a recall and now I have been notified of yet another recall that required attention by a qualified Subaru service center. I am considering having the work performed by another Subaru dealership. More

Purchased a brand new 2025 Forester from Brian Rea on July 10. Mr. Rea was an awesome sales specialist, courteous, and easy to talk to. HOWEVER, when we met Mr. Fang (Financial Manager), in the back offi July 10. Mr. Rea was an awesome sales specialist, courteous, and easy to talk to. HOWEVER, when we met Mr. Fang (Financial Manager), in the back office to pay for the car the conversation became difficult with him. My appointment was a little late and he was definitely angry. When I asked about his reason for been angry for me been a little late, he started raising his voice. Mr. Fang or Phang (whatever his last name was) talked over my voice, was absolutely rude, obviously no respect towards me, obnoxious, and his appearance was not one from a financial manager. Definitely, this manager needs more training. He did not apologize. I hate to say it, but we might not come back to buy another car there. And that's why they get only four stars. I recommend only Brian Rea, NOT the manager in the back. He should be let go. More
