Gave Anthony a down payment, and would return in a week to get it. Didn’t hear anything from them so I called Thursday couldn’t get a hold of Anthony,left message with santos to call me. The morning of 2 hour drive to pick up the vehicle I called and got santos again he said he would call me back Anthony was sick.after waiting AGAIN I called and spoke with santos again he said truck wasn’t ready and it would be ready next week. Called Monday and FINALLY spoke with Anthony and was sorry the truck wasn’t ready and said truck would be read on Tuesday. I called back on Wednesday spoke to Anthony and he said truck was all set. That Saturday morning we took our 2 hour ride to get the new truck. Got to the chop shop at 1000 am. Truck wasn’t on the lot. Met with Alex head of the chop shop, and he starting going over the paperwork and I told him I want to see the truck. He said the truck was getting tires put on it . I told him I called Wednesday and Anthony said if was ready. I’m sorry he said he doesn’t know anything. While waiting 45 minutes walking around the chop shop lot we noticed they are very good at spray painting wheels to make them look nice . I was very impressed with their work no over spray on the Camaro wheels. I give them a gold star for that. Another sight we saw there is on a grey Toyota pick up truck they were underneath spraying it black,probably hiding something. Their make shift spray booth is comical , with the osb board for walls and a very unprofessional appearance. After our 45 minutes of waiting Anthony finally arrived with our truck. We looked it over and first thing I did was opened the sunroof. Which still made noise!!! Also noticed dah lites were still on .i said to Anthony why are the dash lights still on. He told me that after we start driving it they would turn off. Yeah right. I looked at the tires they needed to change and the tire they put on were used from a junk yard . I could believe it.i looked at the front of the truck and it wasn’t even washed . Anthony when u sell a truck at least wash it I told him. I was not HAPPY AT THIS POINT. Didn’t care about my business and try to pull a fast one on us. I told him I didn’t want the truck . Very disappointed in their chop shop. Went in to talk to Alex and I told him what I thought he kept saying sorry and was taking notes on all of the unprofessional ways that transpired. I got my down payment back but lost my $15 charge that they still owe me. I feel bad for the people buying what we almost bought and wish them good luck. If anyone who takes the time and reads all of this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IMPOSTERS. MEANWHILE next week we found another truck at TREND MOTORS in Pennsylvania. A day or two after we decided it was too big of a risk to buy this vehicle so we returned and requested a refund of the deposit which he said would be mailed after months of waiting and calling we still have not received a check in the mail. Unless you want your money stolen I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from these guys. More

I let the dealership know that I was coming for 2 months before showing up to look at a Volvo v50. They said it was available. It was on the lot for 3 years. Yet, when I got there, magically, the car had be before showing up to look at a Volvo v50. They said it was available. It was on the lot for 3 years. Yet, when I got there, magically, the car had been taken TWO DAYS BEFORE to get serviced and wouldn't be back before I had to go back to NYC. I let the dealership know I was coming, I had a cashier's check, everything was arranged and THEY KNEW I was coming but they were basically lying. The car is still listed on their website. They're criminals and cheats. DO NOT go there. The Guy Alex, that a lot of the reviews mention is a liar. NEVER GO HERE. More

My sales person was pretty alright and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is the vehicles get repaired after you buy them so there is a fair amount of wait time. Bad dealership I seeing it ever they are liars they sell me a car with a lot of problems and in 1 months 4 problems and last problem is the engine burning oil and he told me I cannot do nothing to you and me a car with a lot of problems and in 1 months 4 problems and last problem is the engine burning oil and he told me I cannot do nothing to you and i can’t give u back ur money they are not professional at all , I don’t recommend anyone to ho to that place if you find a problem in the car believe me no one help they tell me they did the balance to the car when i bring it to the shop they told me probably this car never had balance before at all and 4 tires on the car all bad and noisy tires and different brand look how crazy they are I spent 850$ on it and still a lot of problems on the engine, i don’t recommend this place at all the manager is so rude More
