I went to this dealer tring to purchase a car. After many trips and many phone calls they sent me a fax saying they had really good news. I called them back and the salesman stated the car I wanted wou many trips and many phone calls they sent me a fax saying they had really good news. I called them back and the salesman stated the car I wanted would be available for me to purchase. All the numbers they had written down would only be a $200.00 difference from what they were asking. I drove home with the anticipation of getting in my new car and decided to call just to verify one more time. The manager "Carlos" got on the phone and told me that the car we wanted was $2000.00 more than what they had written down. He also said he was suppose to leave at 5:30 and it was 5:40. He was very blunt and unable to explain the numbers to me. I deal with the public everyday and if I talked to one of my guest the way he talked to me I would be unemployed!!!!! I have found a car to purchase now, but I advise everyone shopping for a car never to step foot into this dealership. More
