The coolest thing is buying a car from Taylor at Prestige Lexus, not only did I get the best treatment ever, I got extras at such a reduced price then people I know. We had a very positive experience at Prestige Lexus. We had leased an ES350 with Steve in June 2010 and three months later the vehicle was totaled in a flash flood. We wanted to work with a dealer known for fair pricing in reviews. The service was the happy surprise as Steve Manin patiently addressed our concerns over 6 visits and found the car we wanted at another site reviews. This is my fourth vehicle with this dealership. I have always been happy with the experience. No pressure on the sale - just info and an easy experience. This time around I was traveling a lot and I always been happy with the experience. No pressure on the sale - just info and an easy experience. This time around I was traveling a lot and I did most of the deal over the phone - I came in late one evening and both Dominic and Gene waited for me and delivered the car after regular hours. Moreover, I got the reduced price without the typical "haggling" and back and forth that can really be a time -sync. When I arrived there were no unwanted surprises - my car was ready and so were my papers. And I got the car I wanted with the options I wanted - there was no "Can you take this car? - its almost exactly what you want." If you want a LEXUS this is the place to get what you want at a fair price and a great customer experience. Finally, even if this is not the closest dealership to you (it is not the closest one for me) - it is worth the trip. Additionally, I have had all of my vehicles serviced here and the service department is terrific - Walt and John D. are the best. More

I bought from Prestige in the past and was very disappointed in the sales person, this time it was very different.
