We first met our dealer, Demetrie, four years ago when we decided to leave another Lexus dealership. Demetrie was a pleasure to talk with about the new models and demonstrated his expertise in all of the di decided to leave another Lexus dealership. After a test drive with Demetrie, I knew that the new ES was indeed more powerful with a steady, luxurious ride! My husband's RX still had 6 months on his lease, so he had many questions about the new RX. Yes, we are a "2" Lexus family! Thanks to Demetrie's professional help, we were able to lease a new ES AND a new RX within days of each other. Three years later, we have transitioned into a 2010 ES loan rather than a lease due to a great promotional which Demetrie informed us about and assisted us in negotiating. And my husband is very comfortable in his new 2010 RX which is leased. Yes, we did shop around just before our last two leases expired due to curiosity, but the other dealers and dealerships do not compare in quality of service, courtesy, and professionalism. We know that we can trust our dealer, Demetrie, as well as the other members of Prestege Lexus in Ramsey. We have had many experiences during our relationship with Prestege Lexus from routine service to serious body work and we have been consistently pleased with the outcomes. We sincerely appreciate the kindness that we are shown every time we bring our cars in for service and we thank everyone at Prestege Lexus who contributes to making our experience an exceptional one! Great experience - dealership had the model i was looking for in stock and we negotiated price on the car, options, and trade-in very quickly (Michael got me actually more for my trade-in than we had discuss for in stock and we negotiated price on the car, options, and trade-in very quickly (Michael got me actually more for my trade-in than we had discussed). When I walked into luxis , I had no idea that i would end up walking out with a new ES350 . The lease on my car was just about up so i was shopping around and was told by my sister to give lexus a shot . Wel up walking out with a new ES350 .
