I am sorry that you feel we were unclear in terms of our disclosure of the incentives we were applying to the price Emilio had given you. It is my understanding that our General Sales Manager, Eric Miller, called to explain our position, but to no avail. Shame on us for missing the opportunity to retain you as a customer; especially over price. We are a considerably higher volume dealership than the location you had chosen to purchase; in fact we are the largest Lexus dealer in the NY-metro area (we are also dealerrater-certified for customer service) and we certainly didn’t accomplish that by being the most expensive!
