I must admit, I had to check out the BMW X3 as a possible new car for me. From the moment I walked into the BMW dealership I knew this was not a place I wanted to buy my next car. There was no comparison to the atmosphere of Prestige Lexus' Showroom and service area. I knew right away that I would be much happier continuing my relationship with Lexus. So even with a considerable discount offered me from BMW on their vehicle, I couldn't accept it. The Lexus RX was the car for me. In shopping for a Lexus, I spoke to a number of sales associates in Northern and Central Jersey dealerships- and most were extremely helpful and low pressure. However, Prestige Lexus stood out among them. One reason is they have Mr. Richard Efrus as a Sales Associate. Richard has forty years of experience selling cars. His knowledge is encyclopedic about the Lexus products as well as Mercedes and BMW. Richard’s wealth of information and honest appraisals of these cars convinced us to lease a 2013 RX 350 from him. Importantly, he maintained a professional, friendly, and warm personality. Forty years in the business and he has not lost his desire to make the client feel valued. The entire process went smoothly without any unexpected surprises from agreed price to closing. He did an excellent job explaining all the features of the car. Richard is hard-working and about building long-term relationships. He made follow-up calls after the sale to ensure that all was well.
