He is informative, patient, and knows about the Lexus cars. He truly loves what he does. When we completed the lease, he spent so much time getting us up to speed on the many options this car offers. The Bluetooth, navigation, radio, e distention, and so much more. Todd also gets that there is only so much we could absorb and told us to come back anytime for more assistance. I purchased a used Lexus from Prestige under their Certified Pre-Owned program. I found the car I wanted online and contacted the dealership. Since I am in Dallas, some 1,500 miles away, the entire Certified Pre-Owned program. I found the car I wanted online and contacted the dealership. Since I am in Dallas, some 1,500 miles away, the entire process was handled via email and telephone. I must say the experience could not have better! The salesman, Rosario Giaritta was extremely attentive and proactive on all fronts. I had never purchased a vehicle in this manner before, but my purchase went smoothly and was handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Rosario and his team to anyone considering a purchase - local or long distance! More

The gentlemen that assisted me with my purchase we professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated like an educated buyer that was looking to purchase a car. They were patient, diligent and very accommodating. I never once felt uncomfortable nor that I was being sold to. I knew and felt that they really gave me the best deal, were extremely honest and best of all too pushy or making promises they would be unable to keep or secure. When the deal was done, they went the extra mile and delivered my car to my place of business. If I could sum my expereince up in 3 words it would be TRUSTED, OUTSTANDING and truly PRESTIGIOUS. We did our homework beforehand and we believe we got a fair price on the car, as well as the overall deal. Our appreciation for a great experience with Lexus Prestige... thank you Emilio Rampone for your professionalism and fairness, and to Nick Manzi who spent the majority of the five hours (4-hrs and 55 min.) putting up with us. Jerry made the whole buying experience painless and stress free. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered any and all of our many questions regarding the Lexus ES 350. He was prepared from the minute we walked into the dealership to the time we drove the car off the lot 2 days later. Having shopped around for our new Lexus , we visited 2 additional dealerships closer to our home prior to visiting Prestige Lexus. We should have made Prestige Lexus our first and only stop!!! Jerry was an amazing sales person, Jorge Davila was patient telling us all about the features and syncing all our electronics to our new car and Mark Struble was so helpful in getting us the best loan rate. Will recommend Prestige Lexus to anyone who is in the market for a new Lexus!!! More
My first contact with Prestige Lexus was with Steve Manin via telephone. He was friendly, knowledgable and thorough, and his selling price was a savings over our former dealer in Greenwich, Ct. All of the forms necessary for the purchase were immediately emailed, and he set up a date for us to pick up the car within the week. Prestige Lexus is a beautiful building, and our experience was wonderful from the very start with a greeting from the receptionist. Steve Manin saw us immediately and reviewed the purchase. We were then introduced to Jorge, who explained in great detail, and with great patience, all the workings of my new Lexus. He was thorough and gave me the confidence to drive the car for the first time. Jeffrey Lower explained the finances and reviewed the options available for extended service contracts. After the installation of the "door damage protectors" and lunch in the lounge, I was off to the drive home. Thank you, Prestige Lexus, for a wonderful experience! More
I would like to say that I highly recommend purchasing or leasing your Lexus from Prestige. I visited several other dealerships in NYC prior to coming to Prestige and has unhappy with my overall experience leasing your Lexus from Prestige. As a result I decided to email Prestige and within hours I was Purchasing my 2013 Lexus ES 350. Upon, arrival at the dealership I was met by Emilio and Todd who were both very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Todd was very pleasant throughout the purchasing experience and was able to answer all of the many questions I had. WIthin, a short time I was signing all the paperwork and was happy with the overall experience. When, it was time for the delivery of my vehicle Todd picked me up and took the time to explain my new vehicle. The delivery specialist was also helpful in providing me with an overview of the vehicle. When purchasing or leasing I will definitely head back to Prestige and look forward to working with Todd again. BTW I love my new Lexus. More
Bought a car few weeks ago, and temp plate expired last week. But I still haven't received my plate. I called multiple staffs many time every day and left numerous messages. No responses heard back - even week. But I still haven't received my plate. I called multiple staffs many time every day and left numerous messages. No responses heard back - even managers. One of the earlier responses I got from a sales admin was they misplaced/lost my plate (DMV issued plates already) but gave me no status or what they'll do next. The sales consultant I worked with is away - and the day before he left office he said he'd call me when plates are ready. But he's gone and I'm stuck here with my new car in garage, while no one from dealership respond to my calls. No idea when I will hear back from them. This is not what I expect from a Lexus dealership. Definitely not going back even for service. More
