I purchased brand new Lexus ES300h 2013 from Prestige Lexus. I worked with Mohammed Ali, who guided me through the whole purchase. He is extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. Also, I met Jerry DiDomenico as a finance guy. He is also very friendly and helpful. He helped me get all the necessary paperwork done with utmost patience. Both Mohammed and Jerry went above and beyond to earn my business. Overall, I had a great experience so far. I would recommend these guys and this dealership to my friends and colleagues. Also, Mohammed remembers to follow up on the purchase by making courtesy call. I like dealers who do not just make bloated promises only before purchases, but stand by their customers after their purchases. I will most likely return to this dealership for my next Lexus SUV purchase (which may not be too far out). Also, I will be watching the service department when I take my car there. I currently live overseas and did a huge amount of research for a CPO Lexus RX 350. Prestige Lexus has the best prices and the widest variety in options anywhere -- and I looked everywhere. I did not want a car fully loaded with things I did not use, and only Prestige had what I wanted. Once I saw the car, I arranged the purchase over the internet with Todd Van Gorp. He answered all my questions and delivered it to my Mom's house because I won't be transferred home for two more months. Todd did every to make this transaction as smooth and as flexible for me as possible. While it is scary to buy a car sight unseen, my family assures me that the car is beautiful and perfect. I cannot wait to get back to the U.S. to drive it! More

My RX 300 has been a terrific car but I thought I would try to be more eco friendly and go with a hybrid. The staff at Prestige Lexus were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
