He worked with me on the price and accommodated my busy work schedule as well as some other concerns I had. He took the time to explain every part of my new car in detail so I felt comfortable driving it home. Overall I had a great experience at Prestige Lexus. This is the second vehicle I leased from this dealer. Normally I hate the process of getting a new car ie. the sales pressure, the haggling, etc. but this was the easiest process I have ever had. Todd contacted me as my lease was coming to an end. I told him what I wanted and needed and he showed me what he thought would meet my needs. The care speaks for itself so he didn't have to sell that but he truly sold himself. He was extremely friendly and personable and made the whole process pain free. There was never any pressure to make a decision and I didn't have to spend hours in the showroom. We negotiated over the phone to close the deal in under an hour and I had my car the next day. He put me in touch with the most wonderful woman in the finance department to sign my paperwork who did not try to sell me any extra warrentees that I did not want. She explained each one and got me out in no time. I would definitely use Todd again and will send anyone looking for a car his way. More
