Todd was really terrific and made buying / leasing the car soooo easy and stress free. I was not sure if I wanted to lease or buy and Todd was helpful in running the numbers for different scenarios. From the first phone call to Bill Lamb, to the delivery specialist and finally doing the paperwork with Jeff, Everything was first rate, with none of the drama associated with car dealers. Then a short meeting to come to an agreement on the price of the new car and the trade, went home to get the title and returned to pick up our new car. I really appreciated his patience and working out a wonderful deal for me! It was snowing on the date for me to pick up my new Lexus and Bruce arranged for Leslie to pick me up from Rockland. Leslie was very helpful with orienting me to my new car and showed me all the cool features it had to offer. Jerry made it pain free with the payments. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my contract and coverage. This was my first luxury car lease and I have been very satisfied with the services Lexus Prestige has provided.
