Overall, my experience with Rosario was wonderful. He was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable. Unlike many salesman, Rosario didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision at all. Nice service provided. Called first to check on inventory saw online, and spoke to Rudy. Gave me very clear answer as to what I would expect when I drive out to the dealership. I just bought a certified RX 350 from Prestige Lexus. The pricing of the vehicle was competitive and Rudy made it clear upfront the price I would have to pay. In addition, Rudy was great to work with, he is knowledgeable and responsive in his dealings. He also did a follow-up after selling the car, which I found very professional and customer oriented. It was a pleasure to buy the car from Prestige and I look forward to working with Rudy again. On Friday, my husband and I picked up our 6th Lexus, each being leased from Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ. That should "say it all" when it comes to articulating my satisfaction, not only with my vehicles, b being leased from Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ. That should "say it all" when it comes to articulating my satisfaction, not only with my vehicles, but also with the personnel at Prestige. However, specific credit is due to several employees with whom I've dealt, and continue with whom to do business. My salesman is Leon Grebla, and you could not find a more accommodating, knowledgeable, and pleasant sales representative even if you searched far and wide. Never pushy, extremely reliable and trustworthy, Leon just makes the entire purchasing procedure an enjoyable experience. Getting a new vehicle is always fun, but to have the opportunity to simultaneously work with Leon only increases that delight. Walter Kosik has been my service representative since 1991 and he is always "there for me" when I bring my vehicle in for service. He outlines everything that Prestige is going to do, and if the service department finds something wrong, or something they would like to suggest, Walter carefully and "gently" advises me since I don't know much about the intricacies of car servicing. Jeffrey Lower, Prestige's Financial Services Manager, met with my husband and I when we took delivery of our SUV, and he went through all of the paperwork in a smooth and orderly fashion. He detailed every nuance involved in a caring manner, something that helps when you're discussing high finances. He was open, honest, and enlightened us as to what we might want/need, as well as what he would not suggest we obtain with reference to the particular vehicle we were leasing. He's a smart businessman, and I say this as a compliment - we felt comfortable with the choices we made when it came to including an option because he was sincere enough to let us know if something was not worth our adding it to our SUV. And finally, I had my first opportunity to meet with Leslie Fougha, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, who went over all of the vehicle's ins and outs. I purchased the same model that I had previously leased, so I was familiar with a lot of the SUV's features, but for the 2014 version, several new components had been added, and Leslie was a great teacher. He even showed me how I could make some short-cuts on features that were carried over to the 2014 from my previous SUV. Again, like all of the others mentioned above, Leslie was patient and considerate to this "gizmo-challenged neophyte." Yes, it would have been accurate for me to submit this review using just my first two sentences. However, I wanted to convey the origin and sources as to why my husband and I have been returning to Prestige Lexus, and their entire staff, since 1991.
