What impressed us the most was his willingness to negotiate, his eagerness to give us all the features we were looking for, and his patience. He went back and forth to his manager, eager to give us the car we wanted for the price we were looking for. We decided to sleep on it and Rosario assured us that he would honor the price that he offered us if we decided to come back. He made good on his promise, and we now are the proud owners of our dream Lexus! We appreciate Rosario's friendly personality and his willingness to work with us to ensure that all parties left happy! They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most helpful, both before and after the sale. I took my daughter to several dealerships of various car manufacturers in her search for her first new car, after finally completing college and securing employment as an RN in a local hospital. During that search we looked at and test drove several makes of vehicles and had many conversations with their sales associates. I cannot say that we had any negative experiences with any of the dealerships we went to, but I can say that Prestige Lexus was over the top from the moment we met our sales consultant, Rosario Giaritta. First off, he was impeccably dressed, groomed and a personality to match. He was, as stated above, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most helpful during the whole process and even days afterwards, by contacting us to see how everything was going with my daughter's new Lexus IS 250. He assured us that he would always be there for us and be our point of contact for any questions or needs we may have as long as we owned the car. He showed a genuine concern for us and made the experience easy and pleasurable, which was important to me, as it was my daughter's first experience in purchasing a new car. After our purchase Rosario introduced us to the Financial Services Manager, Jerry DiDomenico. Another gentleman and true professional who explained every detail to us, also in a most friendly, knowledgeable and courteous manner. By the time we left, I felt like I had known these gentleman for much longer than the few hours we all spent together. Prestige Lexus is fortunate to have these two professionals in their employ. Thank you Rosario, Jerry and Prestige Lexus, for all your help and leaving my daughter with a calming and pleasurable experience in her first venture in purchasing a new car. Today we picked up our 3rd RX350 . We have been very satisfied customers for many years. Besides having a wonderful Salesman,Demetre, for each of our RX and 2 of our IS250 the service department and st satisfied customers for many years. My wife and I went to Prestige Lexus looking to either lease a new car or purchase a used vehicle. Car buying can be a stressful experience at times. However, this was not the case for us at Prestige Le lease a new car or purchase a used vehicle. Car buying can be a stressful experience at times. However, this was not the case for us at Prestige Lexus. Our Sales Consultant, Bon Koo, was a true professional throughout the whole process. Both my wife and I were very comfortable with him from beginning to end. He was very patient and extemely helpful in making sure that we had the best car possible for my wife. When it came to price negotiation, Bon was very open and there was no pressure. He worked with us to make sure that a price was met which was in the best interest for both parties. Sam, our Vehicle Delivery Specialist, was very patient in showing us the features in our car. She has a great demeanor and knows her products inside and out. We worked on the financing part of the transaction with Jerry. Jerry was also very friendly and patient. He took the time to go over the different options that was available to us. We are very happy with the IS250 so far. We definitely recommend Prestige to anyone looking for a Lexus. Tai and Ashley More
We have been a customer with Prestige Lexus for over 20 years. Never had a problem in the past but our recent experience with John DeSantos, Prestige service consultant, has been very different. John is po years. Never had a problem in the past but our recent experience with John DeSantos, Prestige service consultant, has been very different. John is polite but lacks basic customer service respect by not returning phone calls. Our initial experience took three days to return our call. Our second experience has been over 10 days and still no return call as promised by him. We called at least 10 times leaving voice messages but John does not seem to care. I brought this problem to the attention of his superior and John did call within a few hours but needed to correct a billing problem. There was a credit due us by the promotion sent to us for oil /filter change to cost $49.95 .We were charged $71.00 which John promised to correct and get back to us. It has been 11 days and four phone by us as follow up to his voice message without a return call. Lexus dealers usually offer a great experience. We spent over $1800 on this last service at Prestige and yet their service department shows no basic customer courtesy. I rate this dealership experience 2 out of a possible 10. Suggest anyone wanting service to use a different dealer. More

When it was time to take the car there wasn't a technician available so Rosario sat in the car and explained all the features. I would highly recommend this dealership Steve Thorne More
