Great experience. Sales - Nick Manzi - extremely professional and prompt responses, know every aspect of his work, polite and respectful. As many questions as I had he answered with a lot of patience and without any frustration. All my email were answered on time and all my requests were handled very well. Everything they promised (price, fees, finance rate, monthly payments) were kept exactly as they were initially offered. No "surprise fees" at the time of the sing all financial papers. He wasn't too pushy and simply explained all of the changes to the 2015 RX350 compared to the 2011 we had. When moving forward with negotiations, Todd was a pleasure to deal with and my wife and I left beyond happy with the lease deal we got. Not only was Todd outstanding closing the deal, but he delivered the car HIMSELF to our condo in Hoboken and spent another 90 minutes with us going over every single facet of the car.
