My first Lexus! After visiting several luxury car dealers, the only one that made a lasting impression was Prestige Lexus. I literally felt like we had a "hallelujah" moment when we walked through the doors. The staff was attentive and we were introduced to Rudy who would later help us purchase our first Lexus. He was patient and let us see any car we wanted, and as many as we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions and provide details on each vehicle's specs. More importantly, when we didn't purchase anything on our first visit, he continued to follow up without being pushy. This made us comfortable about going back to visit again and our second time back we ended up purchasing our first Lexus. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle and my experience at Prestige Lexus! More

I returned and was introduced to Todd who familiarized me the floor with the understanding that I might instead opt for a Mercedes this time. During that visit, I was impressed by Todd's professionalism, his knowledge of the product and his no pressure salesmanship; I was very comfortable. I looked into the Mercedes the same day, and decided it was not for me. Todd followed up and the sale went forward as smoothly as possible without my even having to return to the dealership----one stop shopping! Despite the fact there is a Lexus dealer within 5 minutes of our home, we continue with Prestige. That says it all, doesn't it?
