We were just thinking of leasing a new car, but not really ready yet. We were assigned to Todd Vangorp by the friendly concierge to go over the options, and to take a car we like for a test drive. Todd is a very friendly and easy to talk to adviser. He has all the time in the world to spend with you and answer all your questions. He is not rushing through the showroom agenda just trying to make a sale. We received a fair overview of the available car models vis-a-vis our current requirements. At the end of our test drive, Todd made us an offer that we could not walk away from. Having a Lexus manufacturer's coupon made the deal even sweeter. We picked up our new leased RX-350 3 days later, Todd made everything very smooth and easy end-to-end. We also enjoyed Todd's sense of humor.
