The glue that binds the exceptional service here is a client focused DNA. I purchased a 2013 CPO with the help of the highly engaged Eugenio "Gene" S. Like any used car, CPO or not, there are line items that any scrutinizing eye might question. Gene was exceptional at providing thorough explanations as well as possible resolutions where he felt the standard could have been raised. The technical expert who updated the cars technology and software (sorry could not remember the name) was very knowledgeable and patient. In the days following my purchase, i encountered a mechanical issue. After preparing myself with technical information and market research, i returned to Prestige for a resolution. Gene coordinated the revisit and connected me with Andy B (service consultant) and Adam (technician specialist) at service to address a mechanical issue. They were firm with their responses, but with empathy. And ultimately they addressed the situation quickly and was instructed to alert them and return if any issues arise. So my preparation, while it helped in the conversation, the need for negotiation never surfaced. They simply "did the right thing". Gene, of course, was there after the dealership's official closing hour to say goodbye and sent me on my way with a big smile. Also worth noting that the entire team catered to me late on a Friday before a major championship NHL game was about to take place. I felt absolutely no sense of urgency from any single team member to depart early. Amazing. Being in a client facing role for nearly 20 years in a global and institutional capacity, I am aware that many times, things go wrong. The question is how you step up to the plate and address it with the same passion and connectivity that you exhibited on that very "first date". Well done Prestige. The endless search....with a very positive ending! My wife and I first met Todd when we visited Prestige Lexus in February 2015. Although we weren't in the market to buy that day, Todd shared his time willingly and answered every question we could think of. After several months of researching and thinking on our purchase we returned to Prestige Lexus on Saturday morning (May 30) and asked for Todd. Not only did he remember us but he also remembered the exact model we were looking for! We wrote the deal on the spot and have been enjoying our purchase for several days. Todd was an asset in our experience. He didn't pressure us and was completely honest throughout the process. The rest of the staff we dealt with during our visit was also helpful and courteous. I look forward to bringing my NX up to Ramsey for service, and I would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to buy from Todd. Thank you sir! More
A simply unbelievably fantastic experience! I never enjoy buying/leasing a new car because it always involves a lot of back and forth negotiation with pricing and features. Well, NOT THIS TIME! My parents and brother have used Prestige in the past, and they told me that they were the best. (even if they were over an hour away from my home!) So after I test drove a Lexus at a high-priced dealer near me, I emailed Todd. What an enjoyable experience. He asked me what I was looking for, and then promptly got back to me with a terrific price. (he beat ALL of the local dealerships) He sent me a copy of the window sticker so I could quickly see everything included and the listed sticker price, and answered all of my questions. Leasing from Prestige was a no-brainer. We did everything via email within minutes (!) and then I came the next day to pick up the car. Once I got there, the transaction went smoothly. Todd even provided me with EZ Pass strips so I could mount my EZPass tag immediately! Barton patiently explained all there was to know about the car, and Michael took care of the paperwork quickly. I couldn't be happier. This is a first-class dealership with no unpleasant surprises! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Todd and the rest of the dealership. More

Terrible experience This dealership initially was very nice. After purchase, i noticed high beams were only using halogen bulb, whereas low beams had more powerful LED. I complained as where i live in wooded rural area i use high beams. And i noted this before purchase due to my eye condition.. To make long story short, this dealer, sales manager Emilio, wanted to take back the lexus and give ,e back my trade reversing deal. Initially i wanted this too, but yesterday i decided to keep it and made it clear, and Emilio said i could not and must return lexus. I pointed out to him and general manager contact states no cooling off period, yet they ignored that. Gave me back my Audi which they damaged. This dealership is criminally negligent in braking my contract. More
