My Experience I am driving my 5th Lexus, all leased through Prestige Lexus. My representative was Jane Toledano on the first four, and the experience was wonderful. I am driving my 5th Lexus, all leased through Prestige Lexus. My representative was Jane Toledano on the first four, and the experience was wonderful. Commensurate professional. Jane was promoted and sent to another dealership and my account was turned over to another salesperson. This is when the nightmare began. I received a call from this salesperson who offered to upgrade my Lexus IS-250 to the newest version at $20 less per month. I asked if it was identical to the one that I was driving. The rep said identical. I gave him the go ahead to set up the new lease. I brought my car in for inspection and the person that did the inspection said all was fine with the car I was trading in. I went to pick up the car, signed the documents and drove off in the new car. About 20 minutes into my drive I noticed that there were features missing from this car, including GPS, tilt and telescope steering wheel and rear shade. I immediately called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager. He told me not to worry and to come back to the dealership. I did. I sat with him and the salesperson and the manager asked me what I wanted to do. I said that I did not understand the question. He said "well, you don't expect me to just give you the upgraded car do you?" I said that the salesperson told me that the car was identical to the one that I brought in, which turned out to be untrue. To which the salesperson remarked: "I distinctly remember you saying that you didn't need GPS". I turned to the manager and said "he leaves now". The manager sent him away. He then turned to me and said that there was no way that they could let me have the new car at the price quoted. I said that I would like my traded in car back and kill the deal. He then coerced me into paying an additional $1,000 or $1,200 (I forget) and got me the correct car. I left the dealership after telling him that I had never experienced anything like this with Lexus in the past, and was shocked and disappointed at how he had handled the situation. THEN, about a month later, I got a bill from Toyota Motor saying that I owed money for scrapes on the front spoiler and other marks on the car! At this point I was ready to explode! Talk about adding insult to injury! I am now receiving bills from a collection agency. The collection agency is looking for $280. I am contacting you today because I feel that you should know how the current management handles their clients. BTW, in the past, the inspection was performed the same way, and here was never a problem. I treat my cars well. I guess that's it. More

Todd Van Gorp delivers a luxury experience I am not a fan of car shopping and dislike "pushy:" sales people. Todd made my Lexus experience quite enjoyable. I never felt like I was being pushed into or sold a car. By listening to me and being informative Todd created a "desire to acquire" my ES 350. He was patient and answered all of my questions with just the right level of detail for my personality. I would strongly recommend Todd to anyone shopping at Prestige! More
