misleading info. During sale of used 2013 es 350 asked for copy of maintenance records and was told not to worry because it just received scheduled maintenance. I accepted that because of my trust in Prestige ( big mistake ) Later got the report on the web site and found the windshield was replaced and damage on right front door and rear bumper was repaired. If I had know that I might not had purchased that car. Salesman must have known that it might prevent the sale so the information was kept from me-(Typical) Now as a result of that I hesitate to bring my car to Prestige for scheduled service because I have lost my trust in this dealership. I expect that kind of dealing from used car dealers in Little Ferry not from an upscale dealer. I am very disappointed in Prestige and feel I was taken advantage of. More
