I want to give a bad review to agent Aadan and his manager. I contacted Aadan before and confirmed that I can test drive a 2021 ES and take it to do a mechanic check. We came over today after more than 40-min drive and we were told it’s not allowed. They made up some excuse for that. But they could definitely say that upfront and then I wouldn’t waste my time. This inconsistency and dishonest practice shows how they do business and treat customers. 👎 More
I attempted to purchase a pre owned lexus via prestige Lexus website. No negotiating, I was willing to pay advertised price. I uploaded my license, insurance info and ordered the vehicle. It said to continue progress, I need to speak to salesperson and linked me to Mr. Lubo. I messaged and emailed multiple times although no response for 3 days. I called the dealership and they told me Mr. Lubo doesn't work there anymore and transferred me to Jamie (another sales person) no answer so I left a message and I emailed. No call back. Two days passed, I tried calling again but when I was transferred it went to voicemail and I left another. The next day, I saw the car posted on driveway.com and I purchased and paid for the vehicle. They said I could pick it up to avoid fees and waiting for the car to be delivered. The dealership asked if I could give them an extra day so they can detail the car. I was ok with that, the next day I showed up at 2pm. Asked to speak to Martin or Robin the manager to pick up. Was told Martin would be up shortly, after 30 min I asked again the front desk went to get him and I was told few mins. Now it's an hour and a half later and Robin comes up says the car is being detailed and I point out the car is in the parking lot sitting there and he says let me go check and gets into the car and drives away. Now it's over 2 and a half hours and I ask again and the front desk tells me detailing takes 2 hours. The front desk was very nice but it took 3 hours just to pick up the car. No paperwork was needed just handed the keys. Btw the car was not detailed at all. The Lexus dealerships on Long Island are a completely different experience. This is obviously a systemic issue, I named four people, two of them being managers. Just to update the car did not have an owners manual, I tried to call to get it but no one called back. I have contacted driveway and they have been leaving messages although the dealership will not respond. If anyone is thinking about doing business with this dealership, save yourself the money and AVOID them. Buyers beware! !!! I bought a car from this dealership in June and still waiting for title and registration after going thru two temp tags, I am being told they cann !!! I bought a car from this dealership in June and still waiting for title and registration after going thru two temp tags, I am being told they cannot legally give a third temp tag. I cannot drive a car with expired temp tag and they do not have eta on the documents. That brings me to the second problem, I found out a few weeks ago that the CPO car they sold has airbag problems from an accident they never disclosed. No record of this accident on Carfax!!! Now I paid $33k for a car I cannot drive for two reasons, mechanical (airbag) and registration. Both of which they give me the runaround. I also found out the reason they are not able to register is because they are learning of a title problem. Isn’t that just fantastic… I want to wake up from this nightmare!!!!! Buyers beware…. More

He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the lease, answered every question I had, and outright a nice decent person. I told him that anyone who wants a Lexus should see HIM and would be glad to refer them to him. Put a deposit down on a 2024 GX 550 back in 2023 (told that I was at the top of the list). After repeated attempts to contact the dealer I finally heard back. Never got a call back and I finally had enough of their bad customer service and asked them to return my deposit. Don't waste your time with Prestige Lexus, there are better dealers in the area. More
Sold my car to Prestige used cars all was ok until it was time to get my check I was told to come in Monday just 2 days after the sale.
