The tech team is excellent, explaining all of the tech features of the cr and being available for phone calls and refresher courses as needed. The service department is wonderful; and not only do they do great work, but they also send a video of the work they do so that the customer can see what was done & keep that for reference. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to buy a Lexus. Prestige Lexus is the best. More

This dealership operates with zero accountability and no respect for customers’ time. We were given specific terms by their own employee and proceeded in good faith. After investing significant time, man respect for customers’ time. We were given specific terms by their own employee and proceeded in good faith. After investing significant time, management stepped in, refused to honor those terms, and then attempted to justify it by saying the employee had been fired. Whatever their internal issues are, they should never be pushed onto the customer. The manager we dealt with was openly dismissive, repeatedly talked over me, and made it clear there was no intention of having a real conversation—only shutting us down. The tone was condescending, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a customer-facing business. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: get customers in the door with one set of terms, then change the story once management is involved. Instead of owning their mistake or trying to resolve it, they chose to waste our time and treat us with disrespect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, look elsewhere. This dealership clearly does not stand behind its word or its staff, and management behavior alone is reason enough to avoid it. More
