My daughter's car died on July 10th. Being newly retired, I drove her every day to and from her job (various locations). We went to Prestige in Kingston, NY on Friday, July 15th and met Noah, our salesman who found us a car that she fell in love with. We were happy with the car and put a $500 deposit on it. We wanted to take possession of the car ASAP. However, aside from several other issues we had with the dealership, the final straw was when I received a call from Noah the following Thursday who advised me that they did NOT have the title in hand. But how can they sell it without the title? How do they even have it out on the sales lot for car seekers to find, test drive, fall in love with and put a deposit on it when they don't have the title? This absolutely infuriated us. We were advised that the car came from West Virginia, and they had paid off the lien on July 6. My daughter and I jumped through hoops to get things moving, ie: phone calls to West Virginia DMV to find out if and when the title had been mailed - no help there, to other dealerships to get their thoughts on this issue, to Sullivan County DMV, etc. but kept hitting obstacles. Their phone system is for the birds... You cannot speak to any salesman, financial office, title clerk directly unless or if they call you back and that didn’t happen. How they stay in business is beyond me. Noah had also promised me he would call me every day to advise if title had arrived or not. He called me one day after that, then broke the promise. In addition to the above, we requested they temporarily give my daughter a loaner so she can get to and from work on her own. Per Noah, all loaners were out. Then we requested a demo car for her to drive…. Per Noah, salespeople drive their own car. No demos…. Then we requested a used car…. Per Noah, they don’t allow that. You would think they would do something to help my daughter out in this horrible situation that they created… absolutely nothing! We'd give them ZERO stars if that was an option! We were finally called today, August 5, (3 weeks after finding the car) and advised they finally located the title, and it would be here in several days. This is my third lease from Prestige Hyundai and once again my experience was fantastic! Gerry Fraenkel in Sales was absolutely amazing! When I came in to discuss all of my trade-in options at my appo again my experience was fantastic! Gerry Fraenkel in Sales was absolutely amazing! When I came in to discuss all of my trade-in options at my appointment, Gerry had all the information ready to present me. Since this is my third lease of a Hyundai Elantra, there were certain features that were mandatory for me if feasible. Gerry made sure I got everything I wanted, and then some! The best part is that I am not paying more than a few extra dollars a month than I was already paying, and my down-payment went up only slightly so it was total win-win! I was able to pick up my car in less than week, which during these Covid times is fantastic! The car is stunning, and packed with features, it is my favorite one so far! The treatment from the entire Prestige staff was and is fabulous as always! (This is because they are paid salary and not commission so there is no hounding, only genuine help!!!) I look forward to continuing doing business with Gerry and Prestige for years to come. They will always have a loyal customer with me! More

I bought a 2021 Elantra SEL, picked it up this past Thursday, after two-plus weeks of test driving, research and pondering. This is my second car purchased through Prestige Hyundai/Toyota with Gerry as my salesperson, the first being a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS. That was a great car at a great price. The 2021 Elantra SEL follows in the same tradition. Kayla was the point person on the day I picked up my new car, leading me through with an overview of the features, handling the setup of the car (including its safety settings) and being kind and patient with my questions and very helpful with her knowledge. I had another great experience with my car shopping. I never went to another dealership because of people like Gerry and Kayla. Everyone at Prestige makes the car buying experience pressure-free and fun. Thank you. More
Had some tires mounted on 2/26/21 and expected to pay the advertised price on the wall. They added an additional $28 to the invoice and would not honor the advertised ad. I have tried contacting the owner several times thru e-mail and phone messages with no luck. Buyers beware with the BAIT and SWITCH tactics they use to upcharge customers. I am a loyal customer and use dealers for all my service issues. They were not willing to flex at all. I guess i will have to pursue other avenues to get this resolved. More
