Multiple failures fro service department Our 2017 F-150 has had a broken 4-wheel drive module since last October - 9 months and there is still apparently no part available to fix it. I recen Our 2017 F-150 has had a broken 4-wheel drive module since last October - 9 months and there is still apparently no part available to fix it. I recently took my Expedition in because SiriusXM was intermittent. They charged me $130 to update the module, even though they could not accomplish the update. The next day I went out to go someplace and the car battery was totally dead - could not even unlock the doors. 5 year battery less than 3 years old. Little volcanoes of copper sulfate piled up on the battery terminals. I had the oil changed a week before and there was no trouble with the battery and terminals were clean. Changed the battery and one terminal and the radio worked fine, then started acting up again 2 days later. Went on-line, got instructions for module update and did it myself. SiriusXM works fine as long as the battery has a full charge. Prestige wanted $900 for a new Sirius module. Clearly that is not the problem. Wasted $130 and another $100 for a new battery plus hours of my time. Prestige will not be working on my vehicle ever again. More

Engine replacement I started having a problem with my Escape. Running rough and cutting off. Disorganized Mess This is the second time in a row I have brought my new F-150 in for service and had a terrible experience. My truck is a 2018 with 50,000 miles on it This is the second time in a row I have brought my new F-150 in for service and had a terrible experience. My truck is a 2018 with 50,000 miles on it and the sunroof has already quit working. I have asked the Service Department to look at it twice when coming in for an oil change and every time I pick it up they say they didn't have time (despite requesting this service when I make my appointment). Last time they said their lift was down so they couldn't rotate my tires, but I couldn't get them to take the cost of this service off my Bill. They have also neglected to wash my truck the past two times I have taken it in for 'The Works' service - despite waiting for 3 hours after my appointment time I showed up 10 minutes early for. I received a seemingly automated email from the GM (Richard Weigand) after complaining about multiple bad experiences, but when I try to email him back I never get a response. I know everyone has their off days, but I feel like I have given Prestige more than enough opportunities to redeem themselves. Nick and the Sales Team was great, but go ANYWHERE but here for your Service needs. More
