Service is excellent. Abby is the best in the service Department. On the two occasions I bought the car in for normal Servicing it was taken care of quickly and Timely. Great staff, but poor communication between them I took my 2016 mustang eco-boost for an oil change, tire rotation, cleaning up the fuel injection system and fixing emergency brake cable. I took the car Friday and was told they will work on it early Saturday. Saturday evening, I called to check on my car and was told that the car would not be ready, however they only had to fix the emergency brake. They told me it would be ready Monday. Monday at 4:00 pm I called to check on my car and was basically told that they forgot to work on it. I was then offered a rental for which I had to give a $50 deposit plus $43 for insurance just in case anything happened. Tuesday at 12:00 I was called to pick up my car, paid the bill and was given the keys. I walked outside towards what I thought was my car but it wasn't. I had the keys but my car was still in the shop. I love my car and they did do a good job fixing everything that needed fixed. However, they seem to have a communication problem and do not seem to coordinate properly. More
