Needing a new fob. My key fab was acting up after getting a new battery for it. Went to Prestige Ford Quicklane advisor, Melissa Nease, to inquire as to what was wrong with it. Discussed problem with her, after technician examined it, stated I needed a new one as my fob was defective. They replaced it and reprogrammed it at a cost of over $200. When I got home my husband asked if it was covered by our warranty. I stated I didn't ask. I returned several hours later, spoke with Melissa, she spoke with her manager. He reviewed my contract and concurred, yes, it was covered by my extended warranty. They then proceeded to give me a refund, minus the deductible, for which the manager apologized. I was happy with the immediate service I received when I returned. They were courteous and professional. More

The Service department is the same, they are quick and efficient each and every time I take my vehicle in for Service. Prestige Ford, Two Thumbs Up Mike took great care of me when I came to him in search for a hybrid Ford Fusion. He took the time to find me every option I wanted in my Fusion. Spen Mike took great care of me when I came to him in search for a hybrid Ford Fusion. He took the time to find me every option I wanted in my Fusion. Spent 5 hours with him and he was able to get my monthly payment to the $360 I told him I wanted to pay. When I had trouble using some of the software, Mike clearly was an expert with the software and was able to help me set up my vehicle the way I needed it. Thanks Mike, I will recommend you to friends and family any day! More

Service Department I would recommend only the service department to anyone, especially see Robert. I bought my car November 5, 2016 and in that deal I had one year free I would recommend only the service department to anyone, especially see Robert. I bought my car November 5, 2016 and in that deal I had one year free service... hence the reason I went back to get my last oil change there a week ago. The manager of Prestige Ford that sold me the car (sales side) did not honor my free service so Robert paid for my oil change that day. So thank you Robert for everything you’ve done for me throughout my experience with Presrige Ford, you have been so helpful!! More

Fantastic! I have always been a GM guy-specifically Pontiac. 1991 Firebird, 1996 Grand Prix, 2005 Vibe & 2000 Trans Am (I make my cars last). On a dare I purchas I have always been a GM guy-specifically Pontiac. 1991 Firebird, 1996 Grand Prix, 2005 Vibe & 2000 Trans Am (I make my cars last). On a dare I purchased a Mustang GT & was impressed. It developed a problem that no one seemed to be able to fix. I took it to several local mechanics, spent approximately $2000 & it still ran rough. So, I though, "OK, I have to bite the bullet, go to the dealer & pay through the nose". Prestige Ford's service department was actually open on a Saturday! I took it in, it was ready in about an hour or two & it was less than $200! I was VERY impressed. My son also owned a Mustang & had it repaired after an accident at Prestige. I would recommend their service department to anyone-very honest, affordable, polite, etc. More
