This was the end of February , my favorite service advisor Abbey Bennett wasn't available ,do when I had a break in my schedule I made an appointment to have the brakes re checked .She made me an appointment and found I needed one rear caliper. Since I moved to Lake County a year ago ,she has helped me service my car. After she checked and found I was still under warranty we proceeded to repair the car.I was in the car repair field for 20 plus years in south Florida , I can honestly say Abbey is a professional service writer, detailed,explains the job and the complete price.She is an asset to Prestige Ford. More
