We had already secured financing through our bank assuming the interest rate would be lower, but they were able to not only match but beat it ( I do have near perfect credit however so this may not always be the case) . Bought a car from this place a few months ago and before leaving their detail department was to wash/wax my car. well needless to say, something was sprayed on the hood and the guy couldn't get it off. I was told to bring it back when I have the oil changed and they would take care of everything... Moving forward: It’s now time for an oil change. General mgmt. Rich Weigand says he'd take care of the issue. Nice enough! Oil change was at 1:30. 2:30, 3:30...4:30, 5:00 no car! I asked several times if there was a problem and finally the guy that took my vehicle in states; Oh, there an electrical issue, we took the battery out to see if that would correct the issue. AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE! I brought my car in for an oil change and for these cons to fix what their worker screwed up. After several hrs. wasted, their GM Weigand and Johnathan (The owners’ son) tells me to take my car and go because these issues are covered under my warranty. Oh, and that this issue could have happened while driving down the road. I wasn't allowed a service sheet either which states the services received on 9/8/18. Well Mr. GM, I have not had any lights to come on in my car since it's purchase and now I'm left with an electrical issue that was never a problem in the beginning. Poor customer service I went on the service site and detailed my sun roof leak problem and the service manager promised to contact me. Nada. I called the service departme I went on the service site and detailed my sun roof leak problem and the service manager promised to contact me. Nada. I called the service department and someone else answered and first said they couln'd look at the leak problem until one week later, then called back to tell me that it would be a week and a half later as it is the only day they look at this type problem??? Really, seriously it is raining and I'm getting water inside the car. A video informs me that it is a simple process to clean the gutter/roof drains and they can't help an 81 year old woman with this problem? As with other reviews, it seems that there slogan F.R.A.N.K isn't being used. WHY???? More
