Drove over an hour to get there. Called dealership yesterday about a owners manual, never recieved one when I bought truck. Was told salesman would call me back still hasn't called. Wish buying a truck could be done honest. Should feel good instead of regreting it. I paid 3,000 dollars down and 0% interest. Shouldn't be sticker price!! Wish I had my old truck back! More

Transmission Ordeal The process for getting an appointment was great. That's why the score of 2 vs. 0. Informed that my transmission needed to be replaced, $7,000!!! I The process for getting an appointment was great. That's why the score of 2 vs. 0. Informed that my transmission needed to be replaced, $7,000!!! I just about went to the show room to trade in my vehicle and spend $7,000 towards a NEW car. Instead, I paid my $160 for diagnostic test. Thought about it and got a second opinion from a reputable transmission place in Leesburg. Guess what, NOTHING wrong. Pain diagnostic testing of $75.00 and had a Transmission Service for $125.00. Grand total $200!!! Wow Prestige Ford, you almost had me at "you need a new transmission". NEVER again!! More

Rick was able to crunch some numbers as over the phone I told him what kind of deal I was looking for and he told me he could make it happen... well to my surprise upon arrival he made it happen. He got me into the vehicle I wanted with a lower car payment than my previous vehicle. Scott helped me get all the numbers figured out and explained everything to where I clearly understood... he also went above and beyond in finding out the information I requested and answering any questions I had. Scott was very friendly and did not make me feel pressured as to me it seemed that his goal was to get me into the ride I wanted pressure free.
