Super Disappointed. We purchased a 2019 F250 on 9/16/24. For starters we were told in the sales pitch that the truck was eligible for the lifetime warranty program. Then at the signing we were told it wasn't due to the aftermarket lift. Then I had to re-sign the contract 3 times. Initially, if was due to a change in lien holder and the last time was because I insisted the $1285 maintenance contract which was added without my permission be removed and added a bumper to bumper extended warranty. We took the truck home on the 16th and 3 days later I went to back out of my driveway and had no brakes. The truck was put in the shop and we didn't get it back for 14 days. The aftermarket warranty I thankfully purchased was used for the repair, but I refused to pay the $100 deductible as I'd only had the truck 3 days. We also noticed in that 3 days that a rear shock was bad. My husband purchased new shocks, which the dealer installed while it was there for the 14 days. Over the course of the next 30 days we had several other issues present, a broken mirror switch, an odd shimmy over 60mph and then on November 5th the AC started only blowing hot air out of the driver's side vents. We dropped it off to be fixed on Nov 8th, by the 15th we've heard nothing, so my husband stops by the service department, and they advise the estimate to fix the truck is $7100 because the "bumper to bumper" warranty we purchased doesn't cover the repairs. At this point we have a call into the owner of the dealership awaiting a call back. To date I have owned the truck for 60 days and it has been at the dealership for repairs 21 of those days. I've made 1 payment. It is doubtful this truck had any attention other than a good cleaning before it made its way to Prestige's used car lot. We only own Fords and in the last 10 years have done business with Ford of Clermont, Autonation Ford (2x's), Gary Yeomans, & Mullinax. So far Prestige has been the worst experience we've ever had purchasing a Ford. More
After in-depth communications with Rick we reached a deal for a 2023 F150 i even went as far to say it this your best and final and Ricks response was yes. I asked for the truck to be ready along with the paper work because i was driving 3 hours to the dealer. Once i arrived i was greeted by Sebastian who took me on a test drive. After returning to the dealer Rick came out to apologize because he made a mistake which equaled $5k this isn't what was agreed to. John the GSM greeted me and said they could do the deal but could put me into a much less expensive truck (bait and switch)! This isn’t what i agreed to which is why i drove over 3 hours. I was previously approved with Ford credit for 4.9 @ 84 months and the 2023 had a special rate of 3.9 @ 84 months one would think no issue. John came back after 45 minutes of waiting to go onto finance to sign everything only to tell me ford credit wanted an additional $4000 above the $3000 i was already putting down. This didn't make sense because i was already approved @ 4.9. I feel they messed up so bad they didn’t want to sell me the truck because of their mistakes. They made no attempt to salvage the sale and i wasted an entire day and 600 miles because of incompetence! More

I will NEVER take my vehicle to Prestige Ford service department ever again! I made an appointment with John the service writer two days before I brought my truck in for service to have my trailer wiring department ever again! I made an appointment with John the service writer two days before I brought my truck in for service to have my trailer wiring plug fixed. My appointment was at 8:00am on Friday the 1st of December. They had my truck all day. I tried to call Friday evening to check on the progress and left a message with John, he never called me back. At 6:30 that night I called again and talked to John, he proceeded to tell me that a guy looked at it but hadn’t figured it out yet and was working on other things. My truck stayed at the service department until Monday at 6:00pm, they did not fix anything and did not say anything about what the problem was. I have called the service manager Rebecca and had to leave messages, she never called me back to discuss what was going on with my truck. I also called and requested to speak with the general manager of the dealership Michael Knox, left Two messages for him to call me back, again I received NO call back. They kept my vehicle for 4 days and did NOTHING and fixed Nothing. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING!!! Very Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated! More
Raised price after sending final price quote, requested drivers license and insurance, and made arrangements for pick up the next day. I bought the car because w inventory so low I could not find it elsewhere. Our salesman came in to finalize the sale and was very nice, but no one else spoke to us. More

He has been able to look up and answer my questions like he could do it in his sleep. For the 1st time ever I felt like a valued customer at Prestige Ford and was working with a person that knew what they were doing and wanted to genuinely help me out. The pricing was back in line with other dealerships too. I mean in the past I would call there and the pricing for a part was $200 to $500 more than dealerships in Leesburg and Clermont. We had stopped going to the dealership because of issues in service. The last time we went we were given a quote and when we picked up the vehicle it was more. To make matters worse when we went to another Ford location to have the oil change we found out they didn't even use genuine Motorcraft parts. So why did I bother to go to a Ford dealership and pay the big bucks when I could have gotten the same thing at Jiffy lube for much less. For some reason they charge you way more for parts from Autozone. Seriously??? Dont you go to the dealership to get factory parts so your vehicle is covered under warranty? I was in Autozone when they were leaving with an order of them to take to the dealership. Thats pretty bad. So my suggestion if you want to go to this dealership.... make certain that they are using genuine Motorcraft parts if your getting the vehicle serviced there and get your estimate in writing and refuse to pay more. My girlfriend didnt do this and now we know they way they are taking advantage of customers. If you need parts call Dave. He is a good guy that cares about the customer and he knows his stuff. This guys needs to be the manager of the whole place. They would be much more successful with a guy like this in charge than with the way the place is being run now. More
