I gave them a number and they did a great job and making that happen. The only draw back was the financial officer. I understand that your job may be boring just doing numbers all day and telling people sign here sign there but when they ask a question in regards to the papers they are signing a simple explanation would be better than just saying that it's required to do the deal or the days of that happening aren't here any more you won't see it. Simple answers and a little compassion for someone who doesn't see those papers 20-30 times a day goes a long way. All in all I would recommend this dealership again and I know I'll be back to buy my wife a car in a few. Thanks J.R. And Leigh. More
