Julius had the truck pulled away before telling me they do not honor the service plan. Picture class then imagine the opposite...that would be my experience. I'm sure a manager will respond with a sorry for the inconvenience. That is not going to change this from being a similar to the way you will be treated at your local KIA dealer. More
