Paul and his team worked quickly to find the exact car our family wanted! They gladly showed us our many options, and never made you feel like you were taking up to much time. When we decided, they worked us through our paper work promptly, all while explaining everything thoroughly to us. Everyone in the dealership is very nice and helpful. When it was time to pick up our car, our schedules were full, so they delivered it to our home on a Friday evening! We will be returning for all future purchases! More

When I arrived they had the vehicle up front and waiting for my arrival. Once we returned to the dealership after the test ride it was time to talk business. The new car manager Paul was a blessing in disguise I thought the price would be outrageous and I would have had to haggle all day long. Paul made my day by coming back with pricing that was amazing and affordable. Every experience I had at Prestige was great, from the other staff to even their service guys in passing were fantastic. I felt like they took every step even extra to make sure all things lined up to make it simple and easy. Great experience I will recommend other to use Prestige Cadillac all the time. More
Excellent Customer Service Across the Board! I was brought to Prestige Cadillac by a friend. When I walked in I was greeted by several friendly staff asking if I needed any assistance, we already I was brought to Prestige Cadillac by a friend. When I walked in I was greeted by several friendly staff asking if I needed any assistance, we already had a sales person we were coming to see. As we walked through the dealership it was clean and the continued friendliness was there. The deal was discussed and was by far the best deal I had seen after visiting several other dealers. Paul and his staff made sure we were happy with our purchase and if there was anything additional he needed to do he would have done it. We did have to bring the vehicle in for a minor issue, the dealership picked up and returned the vehicle right to our front door. Our satisfaction with Prestige allowed us to return and purchase a 2nd vehicle in less than 6 months. Very Happy Consumer with Prestige going above and beyond. More

Service department accuses everyone with fraud. Bought a used 2010 Escalade hybrid. And bought the mileage plus 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. Within one month driving the truck it got stuck in drive. Had it towed to prestage Cadillac where I bought it. There was slush and snow packed up under it. My road had a foot of slush in the subdivision streets. I got up and I took my kids to school and drove back through those streets. About 4 miles of back roads to get to school. Service department accused me of driving in snow drifts. I'm a 50 year old man. I do not drive cars in snow drifts. Then he said it was probably your son. I said sir! My son is 12..the shifter rod came off.. Had to fight like xxxx to get them to cover it. What a headache. I did nothing inappropriate with the truck at all. Now 8 months later me and my wife drive it to Motor city casino. No noise, no lights came on, no sign of any problems when we parked at about 8pm. We came out of the casino at around 11pm and started the car. It mediately started missing real bad as soon as I started it. And when in reverse it sounded like the engine was coming apart. Wasn't drivable. Called a tow truck who came out right away with two trucks. One to get it out of the garage and into the street and the other flat bed to get it to prestage. I went to prestage in the morning to let them know it's there. They told me I have to sign that I'm responsible for a $120 charge to look at it. If it's covered they will pay for it. Three days later they call and say it's not a simple coil. They need me to sign for another $480 to take the top of the motor apart to see what's wrong. One day after that they call and say they need me to ok $2000 more to go deeper in the motor. WTH! So I needed a loner. So I drove down there and they needed the insurance papers which were in the Escalade. So we went in the shop and he lowered the truck on the hoist for me. I noticed nothing underneath was taken apart and when he lowered it. The only thing off the motor was the plastic cover that sits on the injectors. $480 was supposed to take it apart and it wasn't even touched and they asked for a 2000 dollar signature to go deeper.. Very fishy!! I tried to ask the service manager about it and completely blew me off like I was no body. Now they are saying the oil looks too new. That I ran it out of oil since I changed the oil last and put oil in when it was broke down at the casino at 11pm at night in Detroit! Assuming I checked the oil and walked the streets around the casino for Mobil one oil at 11pm at night before the tow truck got there and towed it away. Completely ridiculous ! Trying to find any way they can to not warranty it. Turns out a lifter collapsed. They make me feel like a criminal there. So I have a car I bought 8 months ago with a motor all apart that they are trying their best to not warranty. This was my first Cadillac. Probably my last. I've bought fords all my life. I have an expedition that I put 250,000 plus miles on it. I change the oil in that one myself too. Runs like the day I bought it and pull the dip stick on it..oil looks like brand new. I change that one every 3000 miles. Body is rusting so I bought the wife another car. The Cadillac. Ford always treated me really good. I'm a criminal to Prestage Cadillac. Can't sleep at night now for fear they won't cover thousands in repairs. Some warranty!! Supposed to make you feel safe from this... 16 days. Still don't have my truck back. Waiting on insurance to come out and make a decision. I'm so sick to my stumach now I want to throw up. More
Poor customer service On November 11, 2015 we purchased a used 2009 GMC Acadia that we have had in for service five times to date and have ongoing issues with steering and On November 11, 2015 we purchased a used 2009 GMC Acadia that we have had in for service five times to date and have ongoing issues with steering and engine problems that remained unresolved even though documented and was previously serviced should be covered either by warranty work or under Premier Protection plan that we purchased additionally at time of sale. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be much of a concern to Prestige Cadillac nor does standing behind their workmanship. Firstly the rack and pinion gear is still leaking and steering binds. These conditions were termed pre existing by Premier agent yet Prestige service technicians determined there is nothing wrong with unit. Secondly service work on the engine for misfiring was a previous problem prior to purchase and remains a problem that was supposedly taken care but now vehicle is running on four cylinders. Being that warranty work or protection coverage will not pay for repairs that should covered we are hoping to reach an agreement to resolve these issues. We were not notified until today there is an additional diagnostic fee we owe upon picking up our vehicle. On the prior service appointments we were not charged the fee. I was told that that was an oversight on the service techs part. I feel as though I can no longer trust in your hands that my vehicle will be serviced properly and that your service department will stand behind their workmanship. More

Told the write up guy the accessories compartment on my center console was jammed close, and I read online there was a "trick" to force it back open....could they help me? Guy kept me waiting for 10 minutes while he sat there shuffling papers, then he left to "find a technician". I waited 10 more minutes and nobody came back, so I left. If he didn't have time for this request, he should have told me right from the get go. More

I'm sure a manager will respond with a sorry for the inconvenience. That is not going to change this from being a similar to the way you will be treated at your local KIA dealer. More
