I was back on the road in a nice vehicle no pressure no hassle just listened to my situation and got me what I needed Highly recommend Prestige Cadillac. You guys are the best!! More

Great customer service!!! I walked into Prestige Cadillac at 5 min before closing knowing I probably wouldn't be able to test a car I was interested in. I apologized for being I walked into Prestige Cadillac at 5 min before closing knowing I probably wouldn't be able to test a car I was interested in. I apologized for being there at closing and was immediately welcomed in and told "we aren't closed until our customers have left". I was introduced to Henry Flakes and the same message was reiterated!! I proceeded to do the test drive and loved the car and left later that evening having purchased the car. Brian was also there to work on the financing angle as well. I returned the next day to sign and get my car but I didn't have anyone to drive it out for me. Henry didn't hesitate and arranged to drive my car to my destination and I returned him back to the dealership. My destination was 40 miles away! This dealership, especially Henry, went above and beyond my expectations!!! Great job Team Prestige!!! More
