I am completely disappointed in the level of service Sarah provided. Your dealership was my first experience trying to buy a new Cadillac, and you failed miserably. I ended up buying a new XT5 awd Sport Sarah provided. Your dealership was my first experience trying to buy a new Cadillac, and you failed miserably. I ended up buying a new XT5 awd Sport from Cadillac of Troy on 4/7/21. 3/30/21: I was told XT5 stock number 131482 was available, so I submitted a credit application based on the fact that the car I wanted was available. 3/31/21: SJ then calls and tells me it is in fact not available, but has a backup plan to have another demo XT5 available so I placed a $100 deposit to hold stock number 132310. I tell her via text my absolute last day with my current lease is 4/8/21. 4/6/21: I call Sarah and leave a voicemail because I haven't received an update (why does the customer have to call and ask for updates????) and I am now TWO DAYS from my current lease expiring and not having any vehicle. She replied via text at 1:39pm and said "sorry I'm out at the auction picking up cars. But when I get back I will check the mileage. I was pretty sure my boss said the 8th he would make sure it was ready". I replied to her text "ok thank you! please let me know" 4/7/21: Sarah NEVER replied via text or called back 4/8/21: NO CALL OR UPDATE ALL DAY 4/9/21: nothing from the dealership 4/10/21: still nothing after I sent an email to both sales managers Because Sarah's communication was trash, I called Suburban Cadillac of Troy on 4/7/21 around 11am, I left their lot THE SAME DAY with the same XT5 AWD Sport in only 3 hours. They did what Prestige dealership couldn't do in a week in 3 HOURS. I was NOT about to risk going without a car when I have a 1 year old, I'm GLAD I chose to try another dealership, I would not have a car at all right now if I waited for her to do her job. How can I get my deposit back? It's not fair take a deposit from someone, promise a close date, and never hear back from them! Any one I come in contact with who compliments my Cadillac, I will make sure to tell them to avoid Prestige at all cost. 4/27/21: I receive a letter saying my credit was denied at prestige. I find that funny since Suburban Cadillac of Troy uses the SAME system, scans my credit a week later, and approved me on spot lol. If I was so called denied, why take my deposit, my license, give me a stock number, and promise me a closing date??? More
Terrible, dishonest and misleading service. Lied to over and over and then left with no car, no call back and no answers. Had to eat the plane ticket I bought to travel and pick up the car I bought which wa and over and then left with no car, no call back and no answers. The sales staff, finance manager, customer service manager, store manager cannot be trusted to do their jobs. I would look somewhere else if you want honest and reliable service. More

Failure to Launch After looking far and wide for a Cadillac XT5 with all wheel drive in black/black for my wife, I found a courtesy car at Prestige and put down a depos After looking far and wide for a Cadillac XT5 with all wheel drive in black/black for my wife, I found a courtesy car at Prestige and put down a deposit (waiting to meet the mileage target). I was looking to lease from out of state. All the information they gave me -- which was verbal as they apparently don't want to put anything in writing? -- was great re the terms and payments, but when it came time to actually make the deal work, they fell flat on their face. They told me I would have to pay sales tax on the full price of the vehicle instead of the difference between the price and the residual. I had already dealt with one of their competitors (Suburban Cadillac) who put everything in writing and understood the tax consequences for the state I live in (GA) and there wasn't any problem with leasing from another state, so I'm going back to Suburban Cadillac. I sent the tax laws to the sales person and reviewed them with their sales manager, and apparently the English language creates a lot of problems for these folks. When you send them something in black and white, straight from the .gov website and they don't understand or refuse to cooperate, it just means they don't want your business, so I'm taking mine elsewhere. They simply aren't the only Cadillac dealer out there, and they're not the worst Cadillac dealer I've dealt with but they're a long, long way from being the best. More
