Dmitry is only available by phone and no one else can make a deal there with you. I negotiated a price, and Dmitry is not flexible at all by the way, and then when he emails the final numbers, he adds bogus dealer and doc fees totaling almost another $500! Where I come from, you don't agree to a price and THEN add fees later that were never discussed or never part of the deal. I can understand adding tax, registration and title charges, but not the other bogus fees. Then, things were missing (like an extra key, remote for keyless entry and start, etc) and Dmitry refuses to provide them or reduce the price for the missing items. Buy a vehicle anywhere but not from these dishonest people. More

After meeting him he confirmed for me what my friend had told me. He was so helpful and really knew a lot about the cars he showed me. Then he showed me a real low mileage truck that had been just traded in, that looked and drove like it was new, and my search was over. The price was better than I thought it would be. He was never pushy and was a pleasure to do business with. I will now be recommending Dmitri when someone I know needs a car. More

Best Dealer I was in need for a specific car (RAV4-XLE) that I couldn't find in my city (Atlanta) state(Georgia). I decided to look around other states and fortun I was in need for a specific car (RAV4-XLE) that I couldn't find in my city (Atlanta) state(Georgia). I decided to look around other states and fortunately found a beautiful one on Prestige Auto of South Florida website. The price was good and fair. This is my first experience to buy a car from another state and I wasn't sure that it would work. However, Prestige Auto of South Florida show me that we can be better served in another state. I took a plane to come to Florida to take a look at the car and Prestige auto came to pick me up from the airport in the car that I am coming to buy. All the paperwork was done by the time I got to Florida. I drove the car with the dealer Mr. Dmitry to the office to finalize the deal. Everything was good with the car (clean, no scratch, no mechanical problem). It just took 2hours to be the owner of this beautiful car that I am enjoying right now. Every body here in Atlanta appreciate the car. After a lunch with my dealer Mr. Dmitry, I took the car to Atlanta. From now I am going to buy all my cars from Prestige Auto of South Florida and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good car because they sell only good cars.... More
