He may need to surrender his vehicle because another dealer clearly wasn't out for his best intentions and got him into an extremely bad loan. I spoke with, I believe his name and I may have this wrong, Adlar (older gentleman)? He was so nice on the phone and advised us to come in before making the decision to surrender the vehicle. When we went there, we met with Thomas Biffle and he was so friendly and we felt so comfortable with him. I automatically trusted him. He advised us on the best options for my father in law. The following morning Adlar followed up with me to see how things went. Once my father in law takes care of his current situation, we will ABSOLUTELY be back to Prestige in Westport to meet with these two men. Thanks again.. More

I was in the market for a new car for a while but I had not come across anything I've was looking for. I noticed Prestige had the vehicle I had been looking for at a decent price. I e-mailed online and Brittney Melo got back to me at a timely manner and managed to book me an appointment with my busy work schedule as I work in Quincy. Once I arrived to the dealership I drifted off to look at the vehicle with my significant other view the vehicles before anyone was with me. As we were walking back I was greeted by my Sales Rep Alex Thayer. He made me feel comfortable seeing as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. (My first car I had all the help and guidance in the world lol!) I felt as though I could be myself and super upfront with him. He worked well with understanding my personal needs when it came to my financing options as well as the price of the vehicle. He thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure I understood every little thing which made me feel good. What impressed me the most is he gave me the time to really analyze the car, breath, think, and understand.
