HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @PrestigeAutoMart2, East Providence Locaion. Horrible customer service! They will say anything to get you to buy a car and then you're chop liver @PrestigeAutoMart2, East Providence Locaion. Horrible customer service! They will say anything to get you to buy a car and then you're chop liver once you leave. I bought my car on June 3rd with a promise of foglights and a programmed key that will actually unlock my doors by the push button, as advertised, (the current key does not work, which I didn't realize until I got home). It's been almost 2 months and 6 trips to them and still NOTHING has been done! "Sorry, we have to order factory foglights, we can't use aftermarket... Sorry, we have to order you a new key, we cannot program the old one... SORRY, WE ORDERED THE WRONG FOGLIGHTS AND KEY!" . 3 days of loaner cars where they kept my car ALL day and still NOTHING! They have a bunch of incompetent people working for them. Once you leave their lot, you are no longer a priority! Good luck getting anything that they promised. Shiesty mo fo's if you ask me... They're wasting my xxxx time and giving me the run around. They need to get their xxxx together, that's NO way to run a business! NO, I do not recommend this place, STAY AWAY!!! Don't become another victim. When I hear their commercial on the radio, all I want to do is punch it. Hope you're having fun in Portugal, Manny! More

I had a not so good credit score and a first time buy with financing. He was able to work with me from finding the right car also the right numbers. As much as a pain in but I am he was there for my every need with friendly and out standing services. I recommend this place and Fabio for your first time buying to your upgrade ?? More
