Don't believe the $200 referral. Prestige gets a one star simply because of the price I paid for a newer vehicle with low miles. I bought my vehicle from Bryce in May at which time I Prestige gets a one star simply because of the price I paid for a newer vehicle with low miles. I bought my vehicle from Bryce in May at which time I was told (and shown on my down payment receipt) that if I sent a customer down to see them to purchase a car I'd receive a $200 referral bonus. Well, I sent a couple down in the beginning of June who purchased a vehicle at which time was told "check is on its way." Well we're coming into August and I have yet to see it. Not only that, I have tried reaching out to Bryce with no response. I have sent a couple of emails to which I have gotten one generic response that my concerns were forwarded to management. What a joke. At least have the decency to respond which I don't think is too much to ask. I enjoy my vehicle but I would never deal with this company again and I will make my experience known on other review sites as well. More

Helpful...Unless Your Credit is Bad I contacted the dealership the week of July 4 with interest in a 2015, and a couple other older cars. I advised, up front, that my credit was bad due I contacted the dealership the week of July 4 with interest in a 2015, and a couple other older cars. I advised, up front, that my credit was bad due to medical issues and a divorce, but was told to apply for credit because they're good at getting people financed. I have a car to trade and could put a little bit down. The salesman was in contact with me for the first couple of days. Once I got notice that my credit had been run, I literally never heard from him again until I contacted him. He told me he'd been busy, but would get back to me later that afternoon. That was a week ago. It's awful being in a situation like I am, coming through cancer and a divorce, which destroyed my credit. Being treated like I don't exist anymore because of my score is insulting. If you can't work with me, just tell me. More
