STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPTruck was again like every STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Truck was again like every other complaint a false internet price, eggregious "dealer fee's" and misc fees i will expa STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Truck was again like every other complaint a false internet price, eggregious "dealer fee's" and misc fees i will expand upon later. 6/11/2021 Reached out to Justin Saldana who sent me a credit application and i sent him a copy of my license 6/17/2021 I sent the insurance binder to 101motorsllc, I reached out to Nicole M the internet sales manager to make sure everything was squared away for a smooth transaction and made an appointment for 9am, I had also called Justin to insure that the truck would be 100% ready to go, washed, oil changed ec,t which he assured me it would since thats why i was paying the pre-inspection check. Clearly not done oil life percent was 19% Justin Saldana was 30 minutes late to the appointment, truck was covered in dirt not touched, no oil change, then i get in the truck there wasnt even enough gas in the truck to do a test drive, he had to to take it to the gas station to put fuel in. After the transaction was completed which i had driven 3.5 hours for. Justin almost forgot to give me my temporary registration I had to ask and double check that he had given me all of the proper paperwork. Then he asked if i would write him the greatest review that he was the best sales person ever even "after i was late". I had even gotten a text from Nicole M asking why i was running late, even when i was already on site looking at the truck after i had been let in by the only other salesman on site. After calling Prestige weekly and getting attitude and poor customer service while checking on plates and registration I get a phone call from Peri on 7/15 who is an employee for the third party DMV service Prestige goes through to have me send her a picture of my ID even when Prestige should handle that and literally has it on file. Proof from texts between Justin. 7/22 after getting the same scripted response from Brooklyn I contacted the A thru Z Supervisor Mechel Grunfeld, who after taking down my VIN, Make Model and Year said that Prestige Auto had my plates 7/22 Called Prestige to confront about what i had found from the Supervisor at A thru Z, Brooklyn said she would call and find out what was going on told me she would call me back on 7/23 never did. 7/24 Called and was connected to a different dealership within the Dunhill Auto Group, to a woman named Montana, who i explained everything to, who did actually call A thru Z and came back on the line to tell me that they were unable to process the registration and plates since they were having issues processing in Rhode Island, mind you this is 38 days in already. She said that Brooklyn was aware and the supervisor "downstairs" was also aware and that i would receive a call monday 7/26. Never happened. I was charged $795 Doc fee, $185 license and reg fee. an $895 Kahu Tracking App, which after a little digging is often a standard tracker placed for dealerships to be able to locate the vehicles in bigger sales lots, they are more labor hours and hassle for dealerships to remove and sell it like its a high point. Today Marks 38 days no plates or registration, 9 days past valid temporary plates and registration. I have now caught both Prestige Auto Group Employees in lies about the situation as well as the "Supervisor" Mechel Grunfeld. Im looking to find the truth about where my registration and plates are, and if there is an issue than to overnight me the proper documentation required for registration, however i have zero confidence that anyone there knows even what the required documentation would be at this point More

Wanted nothing to do with negotiating once they found out I had my own financing because the sales rep couldn'tmake money on the back end. Price jacked up over $6000.
