Bought a new Eclipse Cross and took it back a short time after because it was making a noise after first starting out. Was told "we hear the noise but we can't find it so just bring it back if it gets wors after because it was making a noise after first starting out. He emailed back and said "contact me". I figured he has all my contact info and could get easily get ahold of me if he wanted to make things right. I never heard from him again. More

Do not sign the waiver! if you suspect your car will be a total loss, do not sign the waiver or you will be stuck holding the not so prestigious parts of your auto.
