Unbelievable experience at Presidential This is unbelievable what I went through this one time when I was trying to get a lease. I called my current leasing company and told them that I have This is unbelievable what I went through this one time when I was trying to get a lease. I called my current leasing company and told them that I have a damages on my car, so they tell me come to Brooklyn, since I live in Long Island, and that we’re going to determine your damages and let you know how much it's going to cost. So I asked them if I can just send them pictures of the damages and they can give me approximate price plus minus couple hundred dollars. They then proceeded to tell me that they cannot do this and I have to bring the car to them. After six years of being with them I couldn't believe the type of service i was getting. I called another couple of leasing companies and told them my situation with no luck, one of them even told me that they don’t take any lease returns, that I have to take care of everything by myself and fix the car or just give it to them and they’re going to do me a favor and return the car for me. so I probably called five companies and then my neighbor told me about a company that he works with that helped him with the same type of situation that i'm currently in, and they fixed and return the car and he didn’t have to do anything,so he put me in touch with Eric from Presidential. I called him and told him about the damages and the lease return, and before I even said anything else, he goes since you live in Long Island it’s too far so just send me pictures I’ll give you an estimate, if you’re OK with the price then we’ll go from there. After sending the pictures he called me literally after 10 minutes and gave me a price, plus minus maybe $100-200, so I agreed on the price that he gave. I told him what car I want and I told him i'm only available after 7PM since I work early, he said no problem will get it done. I got the car the next day, he brought it to my house and picked up my old one, and at the end, the price that he gave to me was cheaper than the original price he told me for damages. Its amazing and I’m shocked, speechless, This guy took the headache off of me in no time, this is amazing customer service, it amazes me the way he talks to people. I loved the whole experience and now all my co-workers know where I got the car from and what kind of service I got. I’ll try my best to send them everyone that I know because these guys are the best, the things they do is crazy I never experienced such exceptional service before. Bravo guys bravo. More
