If I had to choose only one word for my experience, amazing. I don't know how good the leasing company is in all reality. What I do know is how amazing Christina is. Customer service is something that is important and overlooked in many businesses. I am picky and ask a lot of questions when I go to buy something that is of decent value. I am a salesman and I know a lot of salesmen and I know tactics and what they're willing to do to get a sale done. Christina is top-notch and she helped me throughout the entire process. I know she was a little busy and I could hear in a voice at times but she never lost her patience with me. I searched many places to get a good deal. Nowadays great deals are a little tough to find but she was able to get me a very good deal. To make a long story short and show you how great HER service was, I will end with this. In the rush of returning the car I forgot my EZ pass and my clip-ons in the old car. I had completely forgotten about them but I received a picture showing me the two items and that they had already placed them in the new car. Talk about service! She was recommended to me by a close friend, business partner. We love her service and attitude so that we're trying to recruit her part time! LOL Ask for Christina. You won't be disappointed! More
