I don't know what I can say that I haven't said before. We bought our Honda Pilot there in October of 2016. I was directed to a service rep, reviewed the reason for my visit, chatted for a few minutes with my former service rep, and then waited to have the service(s) completed. I have never felt that I had to wait too long, as the service department is very prompt. It was only after we purchased our first Honda that I experienced this level of customer care. More
